SET UP TEAM
We will meet for ROOTS every other Thursday beginning on September 11th at Crossbridge Community Church. For every meeting, we will need to set up the room for our meetings. The set up will look a little different every week, and we will have a leader to direct you as you set up the rooms. You will need to arrive at Crossbridge Community Center by 6:00pm. CLOSING TEAM
We will meet for ROOTS every other Thursday beginning on September 11th at Crossbridge Community Church. Our desire is to leave our room in a better condition than when we found it. After each meeting, the Closing Team will stay behind for a few minutes to set the room back to its original condition. This team has a huge opportunity to make a positive impact on Crossbridge Church who is letting us use their space. TECHNICAL TEAM
Each time we meet for Roots we will have technical needs. We will have a sound system and presentation equipment. We will use this equipment minimally, and we are looking for someone who will be able to run this equipment. We will need you to arrive at Crossbridge Community Center at 6:15pm on the days that we meet for roots, and training will be offered as needed. FOOD ORGANIZER
We love to eat together! On September 25th, we want to have a dinner together in our Roots meeting. This dinner will need an organizer who can communicate with people as they bring food, drinks, desserts, and sides, ect. On December 18th, we will engage in a holiday mission project. More details will come as we move forward, but we are looking for people who would like to get involved in serving in this project. We will have leader who will help facilitate the project, and we are looking for a team that can serve alongside of this leader to help this project work smoothly.
