I can’t believe it, but September is only days away and ROOTS is right around the corner! ROOTS is our first time to meet together and to see a glimpse of the church that Jesus is bringing together here in Stone Oak. Every week that we meet for ROOTS will be unique. We are going to look at each of our core values, our mission, our strategy, and our vision as a church. We will get the chance to eat together, to serve together on a mission project, to worship together, and to pray together. I cannot wait!
Here are a couple important details for you as you make your plans:
OUR SCHEDULE
ROOTS will begin at 6:30pm, and it will last for one hour. Depending on our topic, our time together will look different each time we meet. Here is a brief overview of our schedule:

SERVING OPPORTUNITIES
Our teams have begun to fill up, but there is still space on our teams for you. As we are getting close to our first meeting together, we can use your help in many areas. CHILDCARE
We have some incredible childcare workers ready to serve us at ROOTS, and we are still looking for more. I know that several of you have mentioned to me that you have some high-school age kids who may want to help by serving with childcare.
